Geraldine is a truly inspiring student and teacher of yoga. Her path has been to embody yoga’s wisdom through her long-term devotion to practice within the Viniyoga tradition. Her ability to hold a safe space for transformation and to trust her students has been deeply nourishing to me and I am forever grateful to call her my teacher, mentor and friend.

Using tools such as movement, breath, meditation, sound, diet and self-inquiry, we can optimise our vitality, improve our relationships and communication and live our fullest life.
